    Pros

    Ericsson is nice place to work. It has a good enviornment, a lot of actions are taken for employees competence developement and it provide many growth oppurtunities. Work life balance is maintained and alot of actions are taking place in these part.

    Salary is bit issue
    People management has improved but still alot of downfalls can been seen

    People management and resource management can be improved. salary is also bit concern.

    Work life is balanced for most of the people and for some. One can learn most all of the work in telecommunications.
    Leading company worldwide & know for their quality

    it becomes pathetic to work in night shift for months and few time in extended hours without any extra hour payment.

    Trainings, Enivornment, Leadership, other facilities are amazing...they also give shift allowance

    Cons

    They dont have HR culture, your manager is everything, which is good but sometimes it is annoying as if your manager does like you.

    Pros

    1. No time-in time-out, flexible working hours persuant to Team Lead and project timings
    2. Clients are global so remote handling of projects is maximum, so limited travel(can be a con for some)
    3. Great Infrastructure(offices etc)
    4. Lots of trainings for technical skills and soft skills
    5. Good brand name if preparing for highers studies(as compared to other Indian IT companies)

    Cons

    1. Too many lower level employees with nil knowledge of the basics(even after training)
    2. Pay hike very low(2-3% avg)
    3. Overstaffed at times and understaffed at others
    4. Team leaders who get promoted to managers, dont know how much management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. hire competent managers!
    2. Training is not everything, hire competent engineers(they are the backbone)
    3. Improve your pay or the attrition rate will remain high as it is now
