Current Employee – been working at FAA
Pros – Great benefits package, working together as a team brings you closer to your coworkers. I also travel abroad and get to see the world.
Cons – The only con I can think of is that there is not an abundance of overtime to be worked when you need that extra spending money.
Advice to Senior Management – Lead by example, we recently had a high profile executive manager get into some trouble with the law for drinking while driving, and he would send out periodic emails that broadcasted against such acts.
