ProsGreat benefits package, working together as a team brings you closer to your coworkers. I also travel abroad and get to see the world.

ConsThe only con I can think of is that there is not an abundance of overtime to be worked when you need that extra spending money.

Advice to Senior ManagementLead by example, we recently had a high profile executive manager get into some trouble with the law for drinking while driving, and he would send out periodic emails that broadcasted against such acts.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
