    Pros

    They focus on individual development and recognition
    Great team working environment. Wonderful cross departmental collaboration
    Benefits are first rate
    Compensation on par with other major companies. Love the yearly bonus!

    Cons

    Some management is stuck in micromanagement and strangle creativity.
    HR does not really represent the employee. They protect the interest of management.
    Some employees were treated harshly when mistakes were made

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to take classess in tolerance and managing diversity. Managers need to trust their empoyees more and stay out of needless detail and grilling.
