    I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    * Status of working in a global company
    * cab facility
    * work from home option, limited to some job roles
    * colleagues with pleasing professional manners

    Cons

    * Too many senoirs in most teams. Chances of growth are minimal
    * Job security is a matter of concern
    * Many inefficient managers promoted only on basis of work experience
    * Performance reviews are a joke. You will get a good review if you are managers pet
    * Too much politics and some managers still live in british era mind set
    * Indians who work for US fidelity treat Indian employees with contempt and arrogance
    * HR department is out of touch with many employees. They live in a different world and unapproachable

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please do not promote inefficient people taking only their tenure with company into consideration.

    HR should do a support role for the employees. HR is out of touch with employees. Only time I had a good conversation was during my exit interview.
