Pros – Excellent work environment. Very good employee friendly policies especially if you are in Implementations or IT . Gets to drive a lot of projects in which ever role you are in . Performace is always rewarded . They always maintain a pay package that is consistent and in certain aspects above the market average. Excellent campus and facilities . Great bunch of people all around .
Cons – The annual bonus strucutre is annual . it would be better if it is change to an quarterly cycle.

Current Employee – been working at Fidelity Investments full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good work environment
Good Benefits
Some project have good technology and scope to learn
investment banking domain in some projects, so learning will keep you occupied (if you like it though)
Not too much work pressure most of the year, some times will be need to stretch but that is norm in every IT projects, so no complains.
great place for Developers as they get higher salary and other monitory benifits.
Cons – QA management is spine less and think it is a overhead for project. THEY DONT CARE FOR QA FOLKS.
Decision making is US, so your voice will not be heard much.
High level of politics (norm in every company i suppose)
Commitment to India operation is questionable(will not be surprised if it closes in 5 years).
Growth will be painfully slow at bottom level but faster at SPM and above levels.
Advice to Senior Management – Good work in many regards but please dont make promises you can not hold to new or existing employees. Treat QA as a internal part of IT not like 3rd class citizens.

Pros – Good work life balance, Transport, Good pay, Leaves
Friendly people
Cons – Very very slow growth and decisions.
Those who talk will be appreciated more and given positions. Those who work and not talk much will have huge problem in this company.
Too many managers. Some managers are only people managers neither can understand technology nor the domain.
Low onsite opportunity. In some teams they create long term onsite even if it is not necessary.
Management exists for the sake of managers.
Most of the tech leads are doing the job of Senior Software Engineer.
Not good for technology advancement.
Politics everywhere..
Not good for people who work in Microsoft Background (.NET). Senior management in US is against to .NET
