I have been working at Fiserv full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Very nice external trainings are conducted monthly. Good infra and work culture. Salary at par with industry standards Nice leave policy. Don't fire people except in extreme cases. Flexi timings.

    Cons

Your fate depends on the projects and managers you are allocated to.Using outdated technologies. Very little learning. Appraisal is not good. `People are different levels are doing same job but getting way different salaries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring some normalization. Offer better appraisal to employees who have been working long time with you rather than hiring from outside at enormous packages.

Former Employee - Senior Test Analyst in Noida
Former Employee - Senior Test Analyst in Noida

I worked at Fiserv full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good Exposure to Banking Domain is the only best part about this company.

    Cons

Product based company so, using old tools and technology.
Testing GM's are pathetic they do micro management at a very root level.
You will see Retail Marketing people as you GM's, which really in turn frustrates.
Lead level ppl do very dirty politics and only favoritism.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Stop Doing Micro Management.
    - Stop hiring Retail Marketing people as IT Managers.
    - Please hire good Test Managers from outside of fiserv, if you really want your Testing vertical in appropriate shape.
    - Look out & see how industry is growing.

    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at Fiserv full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

No of leaves (which you won't be able to take)

    Cons

Manager has full control of people. If you are good with manager you will bloom if not, you are gone way long.
HR are manager's puppets and do not have a say on anything.
Higher management is not aware of activities on floor or either aware but do not want to change things
    compensation is low
    personal favoritism and politics
People of similar interest and ideology create a lobby and play dirty politics
you have to be in office for 9 hrs/day (manager appreciates people staying more than 9 hours in front of team)
No work from home/work from home for selected people

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

too much control to managers ruining the game
talented people are leaving. do something for retention
