    you set your own schedule
    most of your accounts are already set up
    meet new peopl

    Consmake sure your inventory is perfect cause they will charge you back the following week no matter the amount
    your sales manager will always throw you under the bus when talking to your stores about an issue
    they want low stale and full shelves cause it's not their money

    Advice to Senior Managementgrow a pair and stand up for your distributor. without them, you don't get paid.

    ConsIts not a set schedule for any of the shifts. Your title could be night but you find your self there in middle of day.You have to stay till finish and it could be 16 hours. No training available for machines.leads are not involved.breaks are prolong and each person goes one at time.
