Pros – Easy job and flexible working hours.
Cons – Frequent lay-offs, high turnover rate, too many redundant managers. Inadequate bonus, no career prospect.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more sensitive and intelligent.

Pros – New cool technology to work with. Extensive matrix of technology including various inter-disciplinary work and technologies together.
Cons – Unstable environment with changing economy.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Generally good people, good location. A lot of talented employees who have gone on to better places and more career growth
Cons – Management over the years did not adjust to changes in market. Company is just floating along burning cash. Needs to be both the market leader AND make a profit.
Advice to Senior Management – Make the hard changes and thin out sr. management

Pros – Hi Technology Company. A lot of hard working people, and in general do have a good team spirit
Cons – The company has been losing money for almost 5 years.
There has been many layoffs, and the morale is low
Advice to Senior Management – Need to fing a way to improve the morale, otherwise the non voluntary attrition will hurt really soon.

Advice to Senior Management – Get rid of more Directors and Senior Directors and VP and the SVP

Cons – It's who you know and not what you know; Some PhD are useless, lack of industry experience and know how
Advice to Senior Management – Need to implement employee survey; don't operate the company as if it's a large company

Pros – people are generally nice and helpful.. the lab is very well prepared.. the cafeteria and the gym are very cool..
Cons – senior management is too busy to invest in their employees.. and the company has no direction.. it's very reactive to the competition..
Advice to Senior Management – pay attention to your employees.. invest in their learning.. share your vision with the engineering teams.. a little less politics would be nice..
