    Pros

Great benefits, employee store discounts, double time and a half holiday pay and easy to pick up more hours in other departments.

    Cons

Rude customers, ignorant managers and no tips.

    Advice to Management

Don't look down to your employees, they work just as hard or harder than you. Don't be judgements to them either if you don't know where they've been.

    Pros

Fellow co-workers for the most part were great to work with. Opportunity to interface with many different kinds of customers. Starting pay in my case was adequate. Employee discounts especially in the clothing and jewelry department.

    Cons

Having to work on holidays. Some of the middle managers lacked people management skills.

    Advice to Management

Please listen to your people and don't always assume they don't know what they are talking about.
