Product Management Trainee

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Bangalore

I have been working at GE as a contractor for more than a year

ProsExcellent culture. On the job training helps you learn a lot. A lot of freedom and time. You get to express your thoughts. Mainly you get a lot , I mean a lot of respect. Both inside and outside the organization.

ConsPay is peanuts and they are least bothered about your learning and development (no trainings, certifications !) And as mentioned above, you can only express your ideas, not implement them. Coz the processes are soo complex that ppl feel its better to abandon an idea than try to implement it

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease take care of the employees and they will take care of the company. Just focussing on cost cutting and bottom lines will not help in the long run.
