    Wonderful Employer

    ProsGreat culture, genuinely cares about staff (they are called STARS), free lunch daily, good work life balance.

    ConsAs you can expect in ANY hospitality job, hours are sometimes long, and you will at some point miss a Christmas/other holiday.

    Beautiful resorts with a family- like culture.

    ConsThe merger with Marriott brought in new systems which completely changed the way that every-day duties were handled.
