Pros – its brand though one that's not quite known in the Americas. It provides many solutions for broadcasters who are big names.

Cons – confused on the company's direction. opportunity for the company to do extraordinary out of the box stuff but yet to see it.

Advice to Senior Management – The company does not really have a true 'creative' center. There are many senior staff who are comfortable to remain there and bide their time.

Pros – Company has worldwide offices with a large amount of company assets.

Cons – Lack of leadership in many cases. The drive out the better people that are trying to make to work environment better. Bad methods, broken equipment and lack of investment in day to day infrastructure.

Advice to Senior Management – Clean house and start from scratch. Too many of the wrong people in leadership roles.

Pros – Room for growth, smaller company but definitely a good opportunity to "stand out" in such a small industry (satcom). Many changes have been made over the years but the company is still not at a "good place" as far as financial stability is concerned. The company really needs to focus on the market and beef up the ever-shrinking sales department for more numbers. Far too much time and money is spend in marketing and not enough in sales.

Cons – Company can change ways almost overnight. Management decisions not always articulated and done on the fly. Can come of as "unstable" when there is obvious potential for future growth
