Pros – Work is extremely fast paced with flexibility to implement ones own solutions to problems. Resources are limited but could be worked around with the management.

Cons – No organized approach to problems. No standardization in writing code. There is nothing as writing code as a team. Too much dependability on person for a tool. No collaboration among team members.

Advice to Senior Management – Take some time out and organize the procedure

Pros – The quality of people you get to work with, exposure to cutting-edge technology and the perks of being a Googler

Cons – Career growth is dicey, not too sure about the long-term. I've not been here long enough to comment on office politics though.

Pros – product knowledge, lot of technical learning, casual but intense pace of work, amazing food and work environment with a lot of brainy people.

Cons – hierarchy is creeping in, indifference towards other offices other than MTV if you are talking about new product ideas and execution.

Advice to Senior Management – didn't dive deep enough to advice the mgmt. Google develops awesome products. My only wish is that it should not take MSFT EEE approach as it is now an Internet giant with sufficient power to wield.
