It would be a MNC environment, job is completely stable. We can plan our next 30 yes happily as the job is completely secure and it has happy to work environment.

    Cons

Challenge is growth, it is very slow. There are people with 10 yrs exp but they are at the same level without any growth. Salary will be growing till a limit after that salary growth will.also be minimal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

STA's should be available for level 8 s also. Growth should be there and employee skill development initiatives should be taken ASAP.

    good parking area.

    Cons

you have to lick the boots of your manager here...
by mistake if you are on PIP due to some personal reasons..people will look you down as if you are not worth of anything..they will play with your self-esteem..HR people will least bother about you..
they harass you by keeping you on PIP for almost 8 months..its really emotional and psychological harassment...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not look down on people who works under you guys,,,they are not your servants..
