Pros – Easy to climb the ladder in a few short years with little expierience. Big brand name for your resume. Over 500 locations worldwide you could apply at.
Cons – High turnover makes it difficult to build a team at any level, even managment. Little control over products standards and menus in the restaurant.
Advice to Senior Management – This company is great at recognizing employees and promoting from within. It is not good at keeping those people long after they are promoted. Exceptional people will work for peanuts for a short time, then they will move on leaving you worse off. Create incentives for people to stay, Especially those who have been promoted rather than hired in at their level.
