Pros – free movie rentals, flexible hours, getting to meet lots of new people, regular customers, renting movies the night before they are released,
Cons – immature co-workers, hourly, no benefits, little room for growth, rude bosses, having to "babysit" your co-workers, general dislike of the job
Advice to Senior Management – find a way to track when the employees are giving movies away. I witnessed it and had to write people up often.
