    Pros

Flexible schedule. Really nice being able to help seniors that need companionship and assistance. Good for part time work, either as light second income or while attending school.

    Cons

Hours are not steady. Clients and work hours are constantly changing. Pay is not great. Not really a career job, not much advancement opportunities.

    Pros

You get to help take care of people. You meet interesting people. They are flexible with the hours you want and there is always a need to have you work more if you are available to work.

    Cons

The turn out is very high in office as well as caregivers. Pay isn't enough if to live off of if you aren't available to work yourself to death. I have been working like 6 years and only had only 3 reviews and only 2 raises totaling 75 cents in the whole 6 years I have worked for them. I had made myself totally available to them for work until they had me working 7 days a week for a month with no days off. They don't look at what you have worked before calling you in to work on your day off. There is no room to grow in company. Often the office people give attitude if you have to call off or can't take an extra shift.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your employees. Make sure you show you appreciate them by giving them descent raises and reviews on time. Give better incentives to caregivers for being on time and loyal.

    Pros

The management staff are amazing. They are very attentive to your needs. They are very organized. They answer your questions promptly and everything is done in an organized manner. The company doesn't take patients that are not made for home health, and thus you don't have to worry about dealing with nursing home type patients in their own.

    Cons

I work there is a home health aide and the pay isn't the best. (11.00)
