    Pros

Good hours when you need them, gracious warmhearted clients

    Cons

Something that is needed, that is essential are gas vouchers. Often clients are located in vast outlying areas that require much more gas than normal and paydays are only twice monthly. Being able to use gas vouchers and have the amount subtracted from a paycheck may allow a care giver to be able to accept more or additional clients when trying to fill work hour weeks to 40 hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Because wages tend to be on a lower scale, additional bonuses and other monetary incentives would be a good thing.
