Pros – Great team work, easy shifts. Superiors are awesome and help you learn everything you need to know. Benefits are fantastic
Cons – Hourly pay isn't all that great. It's enough to live off of if you have a room mate or you don't have family to support
Advice to Senior Management – I love the management they are always so helpful

Cons – Long Hours, Unprofessional management, low salary

Pros – This was a newly opened property
Cons – Franchise...not always run the same as Corp property.
Advice to Senior Management – There should be some stricter standards in order to operate a franchise...employment conditions, minimum staffing guidelines etc.

Current Employee – been working at Hyatt Place full-time
Pros – Great off-property training opportunities, as well as great Hyatt Corporate trainers who travel to your property to ensure the best possible business practices.
Cons – Sometimes smaller properties get overlooked for larger ones... As could be the case with any organization.
Advice to Senior Management – Streamline communication.

Cons – NO OVERTIME, No Growth, hard to get raise

Pros – Hotel room discounts are great.
Cons – The pay is bad and the job is the same as everyone else working in the hotel. So Gallery Host is just a title.

Pros – Just a job, They require more in the interview.
Cons – The guests are very rude, not all. But 95% of the are.
Advice to Senior Management – Get off your Anus, and for once in your life work in Washington.

Pros – I had the opportunity to meet and work along side of phenomenal people. The hours were convenient with school schedule.
Cons – Management was very politically motivated and bias in the literal sense. Hyatt Place Johns Creek was at times sophomoric.
Advice to Senior Management – Please ensure that the work environment stays professional.
