Pros – It is the only company in which you get the privilege of every thing. The company rules towards women safety makes very women working their so safe. And it is having the great growth in carrier.

Cons – As one coin as two face and IBM also have pros and cons.

Cons – Really cannot think of any such cons, though every organization has a mix of both pros and cons and I am sure there are lots of areas of opportunities for this organization too.
