    Pros

    Timing is good. They don't card swapping thing so you can come do quality work and go. As long as you fulfill your responsibility everything is good.
    Teams are nice. My team is good, with cultural activities.

    Cons

    No hike- No hike from 2 years.
    not much to learn. Most things are for enhancement, hence not much to learn

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please give us hike. The current salary system is very less for any one to work in. Hence salary should be as per industry standards.

    Good work life balance and working environment

    Cons

    Heavy internal politics, stagnation, low monetary returns, no perquisites or bonus and appraisal comes once in 18 months. Company has not declared hike in salary for 3 yrs.

    Difficult to get a change in band
    Salary hikes are bad
    Flexible or variable component is very high in CTC and hence take home is hit
    Got only 30% variable of the amount declared in my offer even though I was top performer for 2 straight years

    The brand ibm caries.
    Exposure (depending on projects)
    work life balance. Remote working capabilities for most of its employees.
    Explore difeerent domains.

    Management driven.
    Old school.
    NO Great perks or annual hike. Renumeration is all in your hands to ask for what you want right at the very begining.
    Internal politics. sustainable being diplomatic

    Work from Home Available for IBM US. (Not for IBM India).
    You get all IBM Holidays.
    Hardly Any Work on weekends unlike Indian IT Companies.

    Cons

    Lot of Unnecessary Processes and Tools.
    If you are working as a Manager and taking over from another Manager, there is no proper Handover.

    Don't depend a lot on Vendors.
    Reduce the unnecessary processes.
    Invoke Quality in the Project Work.

    Very Good Eng practices,Good learning sources,Very flxi work life.. Very good place for women , Very helpful mangers and SDMs.

    Cons

    No Salary increment , some time 2% increment if you got 1 rating,Poor cafeteria,No grantee of promotions
    No onsite ...

    Please look on Salary Increment,think of retaining employes, Needs improvement on HR polices.
    Please bring back WFH option in all account level.
