Pros – A company do multibusiness are Financial Business a Sub-Broker with -NSE-BSE-Currancy-MCX-MF also are in Property Business Buy-Sell-Rent Properties from South Mumbai to Virar and do a Travel Business with MakeMyTrip and others Do Flight/Train/Hotels Booking and Packages Domestic/International And given Services With All kinds of Insurance with all Insurance Comapnies In India.

Cons – Mr.Rajesh Shah Work with Company as a Director amd looking Properties-Travels-Insurance Business.and try hard to do as more as Business for Company.

Advice to Senior Management – Pl.looking at Cost-Cutting for Future Halthy Business.

Cons – Lots of hours but well worth every minute. Be advised to have some fun when working and working. There is plenty of opportunity to groe too.

lack of communication between teams
very limited career progression

Pros – Great office - London office in the city
Good benefits - insurance, gym, fruit, tea and coffee
Social culture - lots of social events, monthly drinks

Cons – Overworked staff - most people are burnt out and resentful
Long hours - always expected to work above and beyond the 9 - 6.30.
Culture of blaming - lots of finger-pointing and assigning blame

Pros – Exposure to state of the art technology.
Team are very well balanced.
Reasonable working ours.

Cons – Open plan is a little bit noisy.
Off ours support was little bit inconvenient.

Advice to Senior Management – Nothing to say against the management style. The group I have worked for was very well structured and the tasks were managed properly. They have to continue following the management principles used so far.

Pros – knowledge growing, nice coworkers, nice building to work, opportunity to upskill, ig has good benefits, good location of the company

Cons – it is difficult to stay in this company for a long time, because usually people stay less than 2 years

Pros – Pay and perks are comparably good. Occasionally get the odd bottle of champagne when business goes well. No expense spared with on the Christmas parties.

Cons – Staff are expected to work long hours, including regular Friday nights and weekends on call.
There is an emphasis on projects to deliver on time even if the quality is incredibly bad.
Very few good Team Leaders, and lots of overseas staff. Not a professional culture.

Advice to Senior Management – It might help to have formal dress instead of people wearing jeans/t-shirts and trainers.

Pros – Every first friday of the month the whole company has drinks at the office.
We have a pool table and wii/ps3 in the offices for all to use.
Free Fresh fruit and fresh coffee for all.
highly regarded staff attitude for pulling together int eh same direction.
Everyone is friendlyand it;s a great atmosphere to worki n.

Cons – Software company that is growing so it;s hasn;t got the opportunities for career progression that other larger companies offer. his is just because the company is small in comparison still.
A lot of reviews on this site state this but I think it;s a good thing because if the company too large you lose the individuality.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep treating your employees brilliantly. Don't stop respecting their intelligence and lsiten to them every chance you have. Keep it up.
