    Great company...good culture, wonderful people, environmentally aware.

    Cons

    Lots of turnover, clueless people making decisions for the store level in the service office, often not a lot of consistency on the way things are handled with coworkers...often who you know or are friends with changes the outcome of major decisions.

    Easy job, amazing benefits, great coworkers and managers! Very nice people to work with and very organized structure. LOTS of room to grow which they encourage

    Hourly rate for co-workers, discount, subsidized meals, bonus scheme, tertials, holidays

    Little opportunity for progression. Far too much red tape. Paranoid about Health and Safety to the point it affects completing your jobs

    Benefits after a year even though part time. Hours work accumulate to paid time off and start off with 5 sick days

    Cons

    position jumping not possible till 6 months. Raise after every year for certain positions.
