    ConsMost of the time you will be warming the benches. No learning curve.Pathetic salary.Not much hike.Not having good work other than few projects.

    - Administrative tends to slow down everything
    - Low on Salary as per market

    Advice to Senior Management-Advice to HR: Give some power to the Management team on Promotions and Finances, recommendation alone does not work.
