I have been working at ITC Infotech India full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Campus was the only one that was good. Now even that is gone because of some new building construction

    Cons

    - Atleast in my team, I have seen we had to spend too much when our client comes for a visit! company does not pay anything. Managers force you to pay the bills! (the team shares the burden spending money for client which I had never seen in any company before)
If you are not paying, you are always at the risk of getting fired from the team!

    - Irrespective of how good you are technically, you are valued only if bow to your manager irrespective of stupid the manager is. No Wonder, why ITC infotech is not growing even though the comapany is more than 12 years old!

    - If you have a bike or car, you will have tough time parking in the campus! you will be forced to park out side the campus and you need to pay fine to police. Management is not taking any responsibility on this.

    - Management does not have any any values towards employees

    - Bad politics

    - Too much of micro management

    - you literally get pea nuts in hikes after apprisal even if you are at a highest rating

    - Company is not showing any signs of growth

    - Has only one major client (that takes almost half of ITC infotech employees)
(The client blackmails now and then about shutting down the services which is quite risk for people working there as more than 700 people will be out)

    - Other accounts does not have a good environment. You get all scrap work which usually any 10+2 educated can do!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to respond to your employees. Specially you are crunching the parking space so badly and not providing any alternatives like cab facilities nor letting people to park in the campus nor bearing the fine the police is putting on your employees.
Else you need to revisit your mission statement!
