    Pros

    U get good onsite opportunities

    Cons

There are many, ranging from work culture to their in sensitiveness towards employees. Laterals might get some pay hike but the yearly hikes are appalling. Stay only if you see a onsite opportunity in the offing.

    Advice to Management

Change the culture. From top level management, they seem to be working with a manufacturing company mindset instead of a IT company.

  2. to make it like tcs which is supporting whole tata group

    Pros

work pressure is nil, campus is excellent, staff r friendly, management is homely

    Cons

managers r not equipped with latest technologies

    Advice to Management

a new, young and strong technical background leader must be hired and accompanied along with old manager who came from parent company just like in "Oke Okkadu" Arjun's telugu movie. He becomes surprise CM and appoints two ministers for each department, one old and experienced guy and another most educated, young and dynamic. then this company may become like TCS, CTS, Infosys and Wipro

    Pros

Leadership : The so called managers are worthless, just cannot justify there position offered. Treats their subordinates as a machine . Never supports there subordinates in case they are facing any issue. In case of any issue never delegate the same to the proper department rather ask the subordinate to followup with different department all alone.

    Work-Life: Not a healthy atmosphere

Benefits : Only one you will get salary on time every last working day of the month.

    Cons

Company Values : There is no moral value.

Policies : There is no policies. In other words nobody follows the written policies. Whatever comes in mind they decide instantly. Details are given below:

    1. Process are all manual.

    2. Processes are full of flaws.

    3. Before join please check your welcome/ offer letter twice as most of the time you will get a wrong welcome/offer letter.

    4. Do not resign your current company depending on ITC Infotech's welcome letter, HR will insist you to resign in the basis of the welcome letter. As many people suffered on getting offer letter. As you demand for your offer letter HR team is aware that you do not have any job and the resource have to join ITC INFOTECH with compromising there salary.

    5. Before join double confirm your role and responsibilities as you will get a completely different role and responsibility after joining. And you will definitely not get any kind of training in your ITC INFOTECH life.

    6. Introduction to the company is never been provided by anyone.

    7. You need to escalate to the higher management to get a reply mail from HR, Admin or Finance department.

    8. Do not expect any kind of initial accommodation if you are not joining at management level. HR team will promises plenty of things, "Oh promises are meant to be broken".

    9. Claims takes infinite time to recover.

Promotions : Most of the cases it is not dependent of your work but dependent on your relationship with management.

    Advice to Management

    1. Brings proper rules and regulations.
    2. Make the organization process dependent.

  7. Nice Place to Grow Ur knowledge

    Pros

    Good client interaction oppor tunities.

    Cons

The company becomes very unfriendly once you have put in your papers. They start treating you as an outsider and try to punish you for irrational reasons.

    Advice to Management

Please try to retain the talent else you will slowly but surely lose out in the long run. Look for opportunities within the organization in some other Account if someone does not want to work in their current assignment. Involve central HR team and not just Account specific HR and Managers during the exit process.

    Pros

Salary will be credited on the last working day of the month. Other than nothing. No one (HR/Manager) from ITC will contact you.

    Cons

They will tell, you will be the permanent employee once you joined, and it is long term project. And they won;t tell that you are going to work as a CONTRACT employee in other company. Their main job is outsource resource to the other companies. The CONTRACT tenure will be one year. Once it is over, they will send you to some other companies to attend interview.

    Advice to Management

Please don;t cheat your employees. Tell everything to the employee while joining.
