I worked at ITT Technical Institute full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You can go to school for a discounted price, there are good teachers nice career center.

    Cons

Management isn't willing to compromise your hours and will make you work on night shifts. They micro manage and show favoritism. They are open rain sleet hair or snow. There raise is 5-1- cent no matter how long you are there. The dean was very hard to get in contact with. There are plenty of staff issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at ITT Technical Institute full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Compensation is competitive for positions requiring a degree.

    Cons

At the Online school, there is a severely limited career path. Lots of talk exists about career path, but it's just talk. Emphasis is on recruiting and financial aid, and Career Services and support staff are at a bare minimum to address the actual needs of students.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a new CEO and online President ASAP.

I worked at ITT Technical Institute

    Pros

Employee recognition; you will always have tons of coffee! Location is decent.

    Cons

Leads are AWFUL! hours can be a drag working until 9PM and the prospective students do have criminal histories.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring in new programs that are in demand for the Charleston market. Whenever the chairman of each discipline leaves, upper management needs to talk to the Director of the campus.
