“Could be so much better but badly led by senior management”
Former Employee – worked at InterQuest Financial Markets full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good work environment, good work life balance, staff mostly treated quite well.
Cons – Lack of focus and drive from senior management, commission scheme is badly thought out and hard to earn well. lost a number of key clients.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to appoint some hard nosed, driven team managers with experience running accounts at major banks. Need to incentivise staff by improving commission scheme
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
