    Supported efforts of HQ teams to try new things.
    Was not afraid of failure as long as program was well vetted and approved

    Route to market was difficult given union environment.
    Could not explore new opportunities with distribution due to union agreements

    Best reasons: Opportunity to move up. The company insisted on freshness first which made for an overall better product

    Cons

    Trucks were old, computer handhelds were old and overall systems were outdated.

    The salary was the best part of the job.In the long run it was probably one of the factors of going out of business.

    Cons

    Long hours and management never listened to driver suggestions to make things run smoothly.All the money spent on big wigs and nothing was ever fixed.

    It was a great product. I was sad to see it go.

    Poor ownership. We gave back to keep the company afloat and in the end it still didn't help.
