    Pros

CEO gives the company a great direction. The strategy for the company is well thought through. The senior management is all extremely intelligent, capable people. The product portfolio we have is successful and we always strive to improve it further. The company is growing and creating new roles for internal as well as external candidates. It is an exciting place to work for.

    Cons

Growing organisation that is going from start up mentality to a process driven organisation. It is a lot of trial and error at the moment.

    Pros

It's nice to say you work for a publicly traded company. Benefits are good.

    Cons

The products aren't that impressive. Intralinks is trying to spin use-cases as new products when they aren't. I suggest looking elsewhere like Box or Dropbox for Cloud based storage. Customers also commented that they didn't appreciate sales leadership because of their eliteist attitude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Time to bring in new sales leadership.

    Pros

Everyday is different and exciting. Colleagues are collaborative and encourage participation and involvement. Passionate teams that strive for excellence. Great market opportunities. Excellent compensation, decent work/life balance, competitive benefits.

    Cons

Growing pains, transformation. Not for everyone. Going after new markets which requires change, agility.

I have been working at Intralinks full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great pay- above average for senior staff, friendly family team culture, modern office environments, hard working people. Training is done in New York. High growth company.

    Cons

Very early stages in having a 24 hour support model for clients. The help desk does not support French, Spanish, German or Italian languages. Many customer complaints. High staff turnover, very American work ethic where staff are expected to check their phones every weekend and do some work on a weekend if needed so no real opportunity to switch off. Work life balance is non existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in the people to keep them.

    Pros

The best reason to work for Intralinks is its PEOPLE! They are the biggest asset of this company - I have never worked with so many intelligent, fun and yet humble people who want to help Intralinks grow. If you have common sense and are driven by challenging work and opportunity to impact change - this is a place for you.

    Cons

One of the challenges is to create a unified global culture

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Commit to creating a true Intralinks brand and a family of engaged employees and contractors that feel like they are part of the company too.

    Pros

Vending machine discounts were pretty good , some people were cool and that's about it!

    Cons

Felt like I went back in time 90's or 80's, the ERP system was a dinosaur and the excel models were clunky and time consuming (copy/paste from one to another every week), not enough time to analysis any type of data. Meetings with leadership were painful . My grand-mom always said "penny wise dollar foolish".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Update your financial systems and improve the culture of the company. as my manager who was used to working there for years and never changed or will change, people like that are the cancer of any company.
