    Pros

Strong global backing. History and some really good, well established tools

Clueless, arrogant and egoistic management that is slow, well settled and don't want to move one inch out of their comfort zone

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Research world is changing quick and fast. Take decisions, buy some softwares

Clients are giving work only and only because of the global partnerships. Indian arm is not worth a penny

    I worked at Ipsos full-time

    Pros

Good learning experience get to work from the starts to end of each project and learnt time management as at a time you would be handling about 8-10 projects

    Cons

Too much work for a single person, no clarity in the appraisal process
At all the job positions you will end up doing the same thing that a lower level person does

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

try and recruit people at the lower level so that work can be distributed properly
