ProsEveryone was nice and I always felt welcome. I always felt I was heard and was treated well if I had issues, needed hours changed, etc; accommodations were always made if an employee really needed it. The employee discount is very generous.

ConsThe clientele could be absolutely bonkers, and I was always made to accommodate even some of the craziest whims.

ProsThe work life balance here is about as good as it gets. Management really cares about cultural fit and has an open-door policy from the top down. The HQ is in the absolute best part of Manhattan and the people are awesome. Perks and benefits are great too.

ConsThe tech salaries are too low. E-Commerce is a huge business for the company but it is underfunded and neglected.

A great place to work for a side job if you're a student or shop the clothes a lot.

ProsThe company offers a good discount on clothing. They have an in-depth training program that makes associates feel comfortable before their first day on the sales floor. Implement a lot of contests for those who are the most customer centric and offer the best service on a regular basis.

ConsSeems to be a high turnover for associates and a pretty stagnant culture for management. It can be tough when the reality is the customer is always right.

ProsLots of room for personal growth if you want it, good discount, mostly good management.

ConsLots of late shifts which is tough if you are a part-timer going to school as well. Pay cut if you don't make your sales goals for the quarter.
