    I guess working late nights or on Saturdays sometimes? They try to accommodate your schedule though.

    Good pay, good discount, easy to follow their guidelines, good upper management - the strive to do well even when they fall short.

    Cons

    Cons consistent with most retail jobs out there - payroll constraints, needing to give in to crazy/unreasonable customers to avoid a customer complaint, only so much room for promotion until he have to be 'relocatable' to move up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't ever let the discount be better for customers and not allow your employees to partake. Trust me. It annoys us off to ring someone up for something that you can't receive the same price and you work there 40 hours a week.

    -Too many associates at one location so hours can be scarce

    Pay should be increased with more opportunity for a raise or promotion. Associates should be given better styling training so there is not such a large gap between abilities of associates and personal stylists.

    Overall, good job-- especially to work part time while attending school or something of that nature. Retail is retail, but I did feel like the Managers looked out for the younger sales associates.

    Cons

    things can get feisty between associates and personal shoppers, but as long as you have a good attitude- things are fine. Dealing with customers of course can be a pain whenever you are working with the public.

    Corporate needs to be in the stores at least for one to 2 weeks and see what the expectations of what they think needs to be in the stores versus what actually gets done and how coverage really affects selling floor and backroom needs.
