I worked at Jamba Juice part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Working at Jamba Juice is perfect for a high school student or college undergraduate looking to earn a little spending money. The majority of the front line employees are young workers which provides for a lively atmosphere.

Benefits include 50% discounts which is really nice for people who like to get a smoothie regularly.

    Cons

It's a job in the food industry so pay isn't the greatest.

During summers business gets extremely busy so be prepared for that.

Schedule is done manually (i don't know if that is common) so if you want what you request hope the assistant manager likes you. working hard helps.

    I worked at Jamba Juice

    Pros

The coworkers are generally your age and pretty awesome, fast paced environment, if you have a cool manager you can typically make your own drinks and such

    Cons

Definitely a corporate kind of vibe. The company culture would be a lot better if you weren't being hounded by a couple different bosses to meet certain goals and say/do certain things to the customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep in mind that most of the people that you're hiring are in high school or around the college age.
