I worked at JetBlue part-time for more than a year
Pros – In my opinion, JetBlue is the best airline available. From the fees to the personnel behind the ticket counter to the baggage handlers. Competitive pay and the free flights to wherever JetBlue flies is definitely a plus.
Cons – Since JetBlue is such a close knit family, there is some favoritism in some of the day to day dealings. Certain groups ban together... and if you are on the outside of the bond, things may not go as fair for you as it would for others.
Advice to Senior Management – Not to Management but to Corporate: take a closer look at who you have at certain stations and make sure that the dealings with the employees are fair and just. I am not disgruntled but a person that put his heart and soul into working 17 hr days as a part-time employee.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time for more than a year
Pros – Unlimited free travel
Great positive company culture
Supportive supervisor
Opportunity to visit cities all over the country while working and stay at nice hotels
Ability to have all the days off you want when you could afford it
Interesting coworkers from all backgrounds
Cons – A lot of lazy whining coworkers who need to get a real job to appreciate what they have here
Unattractive cheap tired looking uniforms that don't show us at our best
Too much focus on seniority and not enough on merit
Advice to Senior Management – Coming from an industry where senior executives didn't even say hello to workers they'd seen around for ten years, it's so refreshing when Dave will just come right up to me, shake my hand and look me in the eye and chat...without looking over my shoulder for someone more important and useful to talk to.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Many of the call center positions can be worked from home. The characteristics of "Safety, Caring, Passion, Integrity, and Fun." Health benefit options for part-timers. Flight benefits.
Cons – If you like working with others or getting out of the house to go to work, a call center position may not be for you. You may have to start out as a part-time employee to get your foot in the door.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – We have some of the best people to work on a day to day basis.
Cons – Lack of any leadership from the top. Alot of talk with no follow thru. Seems they are just wanting to set the company up for sale. While the top gets $$$$ they rob the workers of benefits and pay. Top brass had 46% increases in pay and benefits 2010 to 2011 yet they increase the costs on the average employee benefits by a wide margin.
Advice to Senior Management – Resign if you cannot figure out how to truly lead a fine group of people. Read a few good books on leadership to get a hint. So far you have lost 25 a share in market cap and you think your doing good. Really!!!

I worked at JetBlue full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good Pay, good benefits. Good people.
Cons – Work can be limited due size of Flight Attendant bases. limits your ability to make money, and fully enjoy the flight attendant life style. Schedule based on seniority and hire date, not on work performance.
Being a flight attendant is a thankless job. Your customers rarely appreciate you, and that can wear on you.

I worked at JetBlue
Pros – Friendly people
Free flights
Can leave at 5, no questions or issues
Cons – Very little time off, does not observe most federal holidays
flights may be free, but you have little time to use them
it's just about the work - you have to socialize
manufactured, as opposed to spontaneous, fun so to live up to the "fun value"
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
