    Very sad environment. Do not join by it's big name in India. All Indian political environment and bad facilities

    Not advisable to join automotive electronics division located at pimpri pune

    ProsFlexible timings, good pay,
    Not so strict work hours. Staff is supporting.
    Located at pimpri- heart of the city.
    Easy connectivity to all locations.
    Team -dinner is there per year.

    ConsNo employee retaining policy. Even if you are one of the founding member.
    No day offs for working @ weekends.
    No proper cafeteria facility.
    Groupism and statism politics is rampant, No efforts been made to make English/Hindi as a working language. Feels like being an outsider many times.

    Advice to Senior ManagementCo-operation and co-ordination needs to be increased.
    The language issue needs to be addressed.
    Time-off should be given for extra working hours.

    Employees are more of a human than just a resources.

    I came into this company by it's big name but that was not true. Work culture is like a small company.

    Job is very secure. People respect each other.

    ConsVery laid back attitude.
    Compensation is not competitive. Presence in India very small. Not challenging work.
