    Pros

The Learning Experience , the technical crowd is one amongst the best I met in the industry so far ! The Upper Management also had some great leaders !

    Cons

The work environment is sometimes made non-conducive because of few managers who do not have good communication and leadership skills. A fair amount of nepotism is also in place.

    Advice to Management

Introducing skip level meetings , 360 degree feedback will help to induce more transparency and conduciveness at the work place .
