Pros – Quality of work is good.
Cons – Lack of excitement in most of the peers for the work
Advice to Senior Management – There are good ones and there are not so good ones. The employee aint comfortable talking to the not so good managers.

Pros – Have lots of opportunity to learn technical stuffs.
Technical managers.
Flexible working environment.
Work from Home option.
Cons – Salary standard varies from person to person.
Reorg happens many times with or without a reason I can understand.
Some teams are political.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus on Employee engagement.
Dont let a employee salary fall way below Juniper standard itself.
