    Losing its way

    Pros

    Good technology in core business areas, Good Co workers especially old timers are really good and carry the original juniper culture.

    Cons

    Totally lost and wayward senior management, unrealistic deadlines, bad or missing product direction, too much politics at senior levels, bad leaders at key positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get back to basics, listen to people on the ground, get sensible senior management, get out of limbo and align to market trends.

    I have been working at Juniper Networks as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    Flexible timing
    occasionally you might land up having good work
    All team members are very helping

    Cons

    Less chances of being converted to full time even thought you did all the tasks reasonably well.
    Mostly they give work that nobody in team will like to do, add macros , do debugging stuff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please identify the talent in interns do not take them for granted. Give them opportunity to be a part of the team. Do not demotivate them from beginning.
