Advice to Senior Management – Focus more on employee growth than internal politics. Recruit the "right" people. Stick to your promises and values. Stay true to the client. Employees are your assets not liabilities. value them.

Lot of exposure to various set of activities in business development leading to great deal of working

Cons – Low salary
Not many projects so the employees don't have any choice of work and it requires great deal of travel
Travel does not include frequent fly backs
