    Pros

    Great starting salary and benefits
FIVE WEEKS PAID VACATION, starting your first year
Easy to get hired right out of college if you are qualified
    Very stable job
Good resume builder, sets you up to move to a better job in the future
Opportunities for travel after you stick around for a few years

    Cons

The work I did here was never very challenging or exciting to me
The hours: during the busy season (half the year), the minimum expectation is 55-60 billable hours, so expect to work 60+ hour weeks on a consistent basis for about half the year. Don't be surprised if you work an 80 hour week a few times a year.
I decided I could make the same amount of money doing more interesting work for fewer hours per week so I left

    Advice to Management

Hire more people so your employees aren't so overworked, maybe people will stick around then. It's the right job for the right person, just not for me.

    Pros

Good work life balance, good people, good experience.

    Cons

Like with any big 4 you have to have your own drive, it. Management will not take notice unless you make them take notice. Not the place if you're looking for a 9-6

    Pros

Great company, awesome benefits, good work/life balance, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and conveniently located.

    Cons

As a contractor, you have no job security, benefits, or promise for growth. "Outsiders" definitely get and feel left out of company activities.

    Pros

the people I worked with were great. They were always willing to help. It can get very busy sometimes but during the summer it is pretty relaxing

    Cons

They expect a lot from you so you must always do good work. There were some times where I had no work to do all day so it can get pretty boring even though those days were rare. You must satisfy the client even through tight deadlines

    Advice to Management

My group was great, always responsive by email and always helpful. They are usually very understanding. I have no advice.

    Pros

The firm actually reciprocates your hard work and effort. Work/Life balance is amazing. Able to work remote several times a month. Jeans every Friday, and you are allowed to leave two hours early every Friday during the summer. The firm subsidizes your commute to work. Many opportunities to grow with the firm.

    Cons

Must be mentally prepared to work long hours during busy seasons but it evens out year round.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great leadership!

    Pros

The best part of working at KPMG are the people. Audit teams are composed of people in their early to mid 20's so you naturally become close. Benefits are great. Looks great to future employers.

    Cons

Long hours, I would regularly work until 11 at night and on weekends. Be prepared for a lot of company politics.

    Advice to Management

I worked for managers who had big egos and liked to work their teams around the clock. This unfortunately tainted my experience.
