Advice to Senior Management – Kelly need more robust expansion plan and still has lot of scope to establish its brand as an Fortune Level organization in India.

2) The management is Very nice to employees
3) Other facilities are also very satisfying

Cons – 1) salary not up to market standard.
2) Kelly is fairly well known in the staffing industry for underpaying it's employees. For this reason a high rate of turnover exists.

Advice to Senior Management – be more proactive towards soling the problems of employees, some time it takes too much time. Other wise its good.
