“Korus Consulting - good as the first step”
Current Employee – been working at Korus Consulting
Pros – Quite good place for prospective graduates to work. Good start of your career, excellent potential of growing (average 15 months – from intern to Project management), possibility to work with international projects, especially in Logistic division - Korea, Ukraine, everyday work with vendor consultant from UK. But salary is not high. Another reason what the company is estimated by Accenture, for ex. For a lot of people Accenture is the next step after 2 years of working in Korus. You'll enjoy the people who work their - it one of the main asset.
Cons – Salary, salary and salary. Maybe for somebody a lot of travelling and projects outside Moscow/ Saint-Petersburg - for another ones it is a good opportunity to see the world and have fun.
Advice to Senior Management – To sell more? to give competitive salary to staff
