    Pros

    Educating parents importance of screening. The joy of being with new little life

    Cons

    Difficult to screen in mothers' rooms when there is high volume of interruptions. Screening should be in a quiet room where the little ones can pay close attention to the test.

    Pros

    great experience, good for getting foot in the door for medical field. Only part I enjoyed was working with the families and newborns.

    Cons

    Worked holidays with no holiday pay.
    No overtime pay-Not allowed to miss babies, which sucks for high volume hospitals because when it gets crazy, and you have to stay over your allowed hours they won't pay u overtime, IN FACT we will get in trouble. They will even ask you to come in after you clock out sometimes. No support for hearing screeners whatsoever. Management and corporate only think about themselves.
    Coordinators also talk down about their employees. Lack of support = high turnover rates.

    Advice to Management

    Give some kind of benefit to your bottom tier workers...aka screeners! Holiday pay...Overtime, At Least! Coordinators, Listen to your employees needs and be there to support your teams.

    flexible schedule great learning experience this position is great for a mom or student.

    Cons

    high turn over at some sites others not staffed enough, managment lacking in many aeas

    This Job Provide great flexibility if you have young family that needs your time and attention. great environment to work

    Cons

    However this job does not provide career advancement. very difficult to get promoted in this company. If you are just looking for a place just to work without advancement this is for you.

    Always look within for candidates to promote before bringing in new faces.

    No pros to speak of

    Cons

    If you are not on the clinical side, there isn't much room for growth and even clinical staff is at risk for losing their jobs because of poor contracts. There is no company culture, no mission and corporate values.

    Advice to Management

    Sow down on acquisitions and nurture the practices that you have already acquired. Support regional staff by initiating and communicating with them.

    Pros

    Supervision of own time. Flexible start time. Decent pay

    Cons

    Too much micromanagement. Pay cap but loads of work. Hard to get promoted too much promotion of friends. Senior workers seem underappreciated.

    Advice to Management

    Promote more on ability than friendship. Erase pay caps. Rotate management for diversity.

    Well known in the high risk field. Great oppertunities to relocate if employee wishes.

    I do not have any negative comments.

    Bonuses would be a nice incentive.
