I have been working at Marriott as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

It's hard to refer to Marriott as "a company" after meeting the CEOs and watching them interact with their staff. A truly inspirational place to work where every employee matters. It is easy to be passionate about what you do when those in charge are passionate about you. Good benefits for employees and family with a good community culture.

    Cons

With the large amount of work assigned, the work-life balance can be very difficult to juggle initially.
