Cons – stress levels are very high affecting work/life balance. Internal politics becomes an issue at times.

Pros – Freedom to work is a great asset. I would love to go back if they improve the compensation policy. One place where age is not a criterion for responsibility.

Cons – Whimsical, very driven by one person's whim, more than merit, fitmant is regarded and awareded. Boot lickers tend to get better deals here too.

Pros – Very stable company. Good atmosphere, with a sincere non-assuming feeling.

Cons – Too much emphasis on metrics and the actual time taken to complete a task, in the use of Siebel time management program.

Advice to Senior Management – Put the emphasis back on what is actually accomplished daily by an employee and less on the metrics of the time it took to accomplish that task. Less micromanaging and more seeing the big picture would improve the bottom line of this company.
