    Lack of leadership

Senior Technical Writer (Former Employee) Raleigh, NC (US)

ProsThere were a lot of good , dedicated people working out of the Raleigh office. There were lots of efforts to keep morale high, despite that job security was always in question.

ConsFinancial compensation was not very good. Furthermore, there was no job security. Ultimately, the Raleigh office was closed. About 40 people or so lost their jobs.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs to stop buying other companies and start steering the subsidiaries they presently have.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
