I have been working at MetLife

    Pros

Trainings, offsites, onsite opportunities, US Management is Good, Good learning exp

    Cons

India facilities, office space, parking issues, Food is like labourers, no tissues, no plates/spoons, 100 chairs for 3000 employees for dining, 3 lifts for 3000 employees, housekeeping is pathetic, no camera phones but you can carry lptops and click as many images as you can, this is a pathetic thought of management, Directors can use iphones as they are assumed not to copy data.....

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a better Office facility and your attrition will reduce, invest in people rather than parties and functions, no body will like to stay back just to attend a party/function but if you care for them, they will stay around for longer period of time.
Treat them with dignity, e,g, do you see any diff between how a MNC employees haves his/her dinner or a labourer (i.e. in polybags/foil papers etc) worst of all you dont even provide them tissue papers, are tissue papers costly than any of the dinner parties that you host, its not even a fraction. issue parking tickets/stickers to actual no of slots availabe for Metlife and create a chaos like now (first come first serve) or keep solving the puzzle of finding a slot for 30 mins and later stay back to complete your login hours.
