I worked at MetLife full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good workplace, great training and infrastructure, Fixed weekly offs and monthly L&D trainings which employees can attend to hone their skills
Cons – Management sucks, unless you have a good rapport with your manager in which case it is easy sailing for you, some of the internal job postings that are rolled out are prefixed with a candiate already in mind, they are rolling out the offer just to give an 'equal' chance to all the employees, think twice before taking problems to the management since there are lots of changes promised but none actually made
Advice to Senior Management – Dont be partial and give an equal chance to all, specially to people who are hard working and deserve it without any a kissing, when employees speak about their problems do more than just listen, there is a reason why they are saying what they are facing at the workplace, dont just talk about transparency, practice what you preach

I worked at MetLife full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – friendly, good shift time, balanced work load, good cab facility, neat & clean environment , good social & official gatherings.
Cons – Grouping, Favoritism, Lack of understanding, a very negative people management, one track listeners, a very poor senior management system, highly incorrect & wrong internal hiring paneling, work & position discrimination
Advice to Senior Management – The Higher management is highly and overly influenced by the senior management. So there is a huge communication gap between the mid level employees & associates with the Senior most level & Higher management. The influence is always taken negatively and treated with no respect and at the same time the higher management does not have time to listen to the other side of the story and the decisions are made basis the senior management discussions. Incorrect & False baseless excuses are put for the mid level employee or associate level employee to put down there papers.
