Pros – Great work culture, competetive compensation, great facilities and a more than useful benefit program.

Cons – Work might get a little monotonous with time and growth is a tough task.

Advice to Senior Management – Generate more challenging work and reduce the attrition.

Pros – Work/Life Balance is good, so is Compensation

Cons – nothing in particular, but improve hr processes

Cons – Working on more internal tools might make one less knowledgeable about newer techniques

Cons – nobody bothered about growth of the employee.. plus very little challenging work at the IT division.

Advice to Senior Management – try to retain good people and make better project plans with less emphasis on quick delivery and more emphasis on robust designs and quality code.

Cons – Many projects in India are not core work

Cons – Work can be intense, gotta learn to manage time well in a fast paced environment.

Advice to Senior Management – Not really, but just wanted to say that generally, the management is very open, very approachable and are all ears to your problems.

Cons – Too much pressure and politics. You need to beat your band otherwise you cannot rise.

Pros – Great learning resources- Microsoft has a great environment where you are encouraged to learn as much as you can about your field.
Knowledgeable and passionate co-workers who always bail you out. You get to learn a lot from your peers.
Garage- My personal favourite. You get to showcase your creativity and coding skills and earn prizes at the same time!
Community-MS encourages people to give back to the community, both time and financial aid. I have seen people helping each other out.
Work-life balance - Flexible working hours and work from home are an added bonus

Cons – 1) You get addicted to the free food, leisure time and the above pros. Coming back to college and adapting was very difficult.
2) You sometimes feel alienated when you realize that everyone can dance except you.
