I have been working at Microsoft as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    Awesome facilities at office.
Good for enthusiasts in any kind of activities like Sports, Photography, etc.
Lot of cool people to work with.

    Cons

Lot of expectations to work even during weekends.
PMs rule here, they have the final call in everything which makes you feel your skills aren't put to good use.
No one to look up to as somebody that you want to be in future.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Working over weekends and long working hours during weekdays is clearly not an expectation at a company like Microsoft. We are supposed to be making really efficient productivity software for the rest of the world. If we aren't able to stay efficient using our own tools, there's something wrong.
