People just wait for severance...Not much left in the company now....especially Bangalore site

Lead Software Engineer (Current Employee) Bangalore

Pros1. good severance package is biggest pros for which people are not leaving the company
    2. work from home
    3. good policies

Cons1. Total dissatisfaction among the employees, no rewards, full politics.
    2. Technical skills are totally died in managers. They are just waiting for severance.
    3. Managers are totally blind and incompetent and same is the reason for downfall.

Advice to Senior Management1. Change the severance policy in India and just watch what happens !!
    2. Try to understand the problems of lowest level engineers who actually run the show.
    3. The abstraction layer of manager between senior leadership and real engineer is very very dirty here, they just play dirty politics around.

Great work life , Flexible timings , purely ethically professional driven teams. What else you look for?I am loving It !

    Lead Engineer (Current Employee) Bangalore

ProsFlexible timings, Skilled professionals, good work environment , nice culture, Pays well and good package overall with good benefits. work/life balance is too good.

    ConsPromotion and recognition is slow.
All tools used are internally developed so not in par with industry's best.
Management decision making is very slow so as new product evolution cycle.
Changing teams is always management driven, self initiation does not work.

Advice to Senior ManagementSenior management should be transparent to employees in terms of road map and companies strategy.Feel like blind folded sometimes for the future.
Promotions in the teams and Recognition for work should atleast be driven once in every quarter.
Big teams should be split into small teams so that tracking individual contribution would be easier.
