3. If you plan your turf well, its a launching pad for career
4. work-life balance
Cons – 1. Uncertain, very uncertain

3. If you dont plan your career here, then better plan to get outside quickly.

Advice to Senior Management – Been here for almost 5 years, the company has been one of the biggest players in telecom. Now all of its different products are divided among many different companies. Poor marketing, and bad mid level management caused the downfall of Motorola.
