I have been working at Movado Group full-time
Pros – Friendly environment (for the most part), Great recognition for work done, Dress Code, Not very strict.
Though there are a lot con, the place is actually fun to work at.
Cons – Hit or miss management. Senior designers aren't given enough say. Not design oriented as much as should be. Design is business oriented, which leaves inovation left to side. The result is pretty much the same stuff being pumped out. There is a lot of talk about transparency, but there really isn't much. Late nights become a norm. Always talk about improvements, but theyre always VERY far down the road. All the focus is about Movado, with rarely any mention of the great work license brands do other than their numbers. HORRENDOUS discount. Designers do not receive watches they design and there is pretty much no mention of them once the design process is done.

I worked at Movado Group full-time
Pros – Decent brand recognition for Movado.
Cons – Poorly managed company. Many there have been there for years and are kept on out of some sense of loyalty by the owners, but these people run the business quite poorly. They are very bad at inclusion of newcomers. Also very little diversity among workers and management. Unless you are hired on at very senior level there is no career path or it will take decades if it ever does happen.
Advice to Senior Management – Talk to staff other than your inner circle who have been there for years and are ineffective

I have been working at Movado Group as an intern for more than a year
Pros – As an intern they allow you to get a broad scope of the business. You get alot of exposure to SAP and they trust you with alot of responsibilities. Your not treated like someone's assisstant you are treated like their coworker. Higher ups are accessible and easy to talk to and the experience you come out with for the future is priceless. Plus managers and supervisors are really flexible with your schedule and intern compensation is very good.
Cons – Projects can get dry at some points. Full time offers are usually below what you would get at another company for a similar role.
Advice to Senior Management – Discount program on watches for interns.

I have been working at Movado Group
Pros – Summer Fridays, employee discounts, casual dress code, staff (not senior management).
Most people don't work very late.
Cons – Favoritism abounds. Senior Management is aloof and distant unless you are in the charmed circle.
Benefits are expensive. Salaries are low for the area. Clique-ish.
They make you submit pay stubs from your last job before they make a final offer, which I have never heard of before or since.
Advice to Senior Management – Bridge the chasm between senior management and the rest of the staff. Stop all the closed door meetings (agree with the previous reviewer - creates an atmosphere of paranoia).
