I absolutely loved it!

I have been working at Munimae

ProsLoved my job and my department in general. Laid back and generally professional work environment. I would ould recommend for others.

ConsThey probably won't be in business much longer. Senior management (C-Level) are entrepreneurial but have ZERO management capability or communication skills. They waited until the last possible moment to let employees know about status of the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementCOMMUNICATE WITH YOUR STAFF! You had a group of very loyal and hard working employees, many of which would have taken a buy out if offered for the betterment of the company if offered MONTHS before you began slashing 75% of the workforce, and oh, yeah, the rest of the country folded! Thanks for waiting until depression 2.0 to start layoffs!
