Cons – No career growth in term of learning, finance or roles. Even your role changes your work does not change.

Located at Begumpet in Hyderabad which is at center of the city and is very near to most residential and commercial areas.
TV is on 24hrs in cafeteria.
Market leader in self service and POS solutions.

Cons – Salary structure is not good.
Privilege Leaves can't be encashed above 42. After the PLs reached 42, they will be elapsed.
Most of the teams work for remote managers which will affect your appraisals if you do not project your self properly.
Offers good pay at joining, no proper hikes after that. But if you can negotiate well you will be offered a good pay at the time of joining.
It looks unrelated, but NCR lift frustrates you.

Market leader in its LOBs(Financial and retail ATMs/KIOSKs)

Cons – No local representatives i.e Finance, IT etc, which makes simple things complex. For example it would take 2 weeks to get your mouse replaced, since you have to follow up with the dell customer care.
No brand name.
Even though its a 100 year old company there is no proper Software development process in place.

Pros – You get to work on software that is used by the biggies in the industry.

Cons – You have to be in the city of the development centers that the company is currently concentrating on to get work on the best ventures that the company is getting into.

Advice to Senior Management – There is a lot of wasted talent in centers other than the ones you are concentrating on. Find out a way to utilize it. They are currently put in programs where you do not have too much R&D money. This is an age of maximizing your human capital, don't let it be wasted or worse case lost to competitors.
