    Pros

It is a People oriented company with lot of cultural values, supported by systems and excellent brands.

    Cons

Too much of politics; Employees are branded and top management is not directly connected with field people and as such some times good people are not rewarded for their work., demotivated and finally made to leave the organisation after contributing for decades without any benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nestle is a people oriented company and no employee should leave the organisation, especially if he has put more than 10 years of service on grounds other than integrity.
Development and career opportunities in various fields for overall development of an experienced employee.
